Attention of laboratories and PT providers
We hereby inform you that the Federal Accreditation Service has distributed a letter from the Deputy Head of the FAS A.A. Solovyev, which, in particular, states that “in order to assess the conformity of accredited laboratories, Rosaccreditation uses the ILC results obtained under ILC programs conducted by providers of proficiency testing programs (PT providers) accredited in the national accreditation system (list attached), as well as foreign providers accredited to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17043."
This wording can be interpreted as non-recognition by RusAccreditation of profieciency testing providers accredited by the AAC "Analitica". We remind you that this issue was raised in the year 2021 by APAC appeals commission (Asia-Pacific Accreditation Cooperation). During this review, RusAccreditation has assured APAC that no documents accepted by RusAccreditation would be interpreted as its non-recognition of accreditation of PT providerscarried out by AAC "Analitica".
In connection with the above, AAC "Analitica" requests that you report us all cases of actual non-recognition of proficiency testing results carried out by AAC "Analitica"’s accredited PT providers by the assessors of the Russian Accreditation Service. The presence of such facts will make it possible to initiate consideration of the issue of violation by RusAccreditation of its obligations under the Mutual Recognition Agreement.
